Worth Knowing
Take action
Worth Knowing is the ATD South Florida podcast for people who develop people.
Talent development professionals don't need more content just for the sake of content. We need useful ideas, practical tools, fresh perspectives, and interesting people who help us think differently and do our work better.
That's what Worth Knowing is about.
Some episodes feature conversations with leaders, practitioners, coaches, facilitators, and people doing interesting work in talent development. Others get right to the point with a tool, technique, trend, question, or idea you can put to work.
Episodes might be 10 minutes. They might be 30. We won't stretch an idea simply to fill the clock.
Whether you work in learning and development, leadership development, organizational development, coaching, facilitation, instructional design, HR, academia, or simply care about helping people learn, grow, and perform better we think you'll find something here for you.
One simple requirement: it has to be worth knowing.

Signal Score
What is Signal Score?
Signal Score ranks podcasts by meaningful discovery behavior, not by who is already biggest. It blends scout approvals, saves, shares, repeat engagement, and editorial review into one weighted score.
Ranking notes
- High-intent actions count more than passive traffic.
- Trusted scouts carry more weight than brand-new accounts.
- Recency can matter for discovery, but it is not treated as a proxy for quality.
- Per-user caps and distinct-actor rules limit gaming.
Signal Score is directional, not absolute. New shows can move quickly, established shows can cool off, and no score is paid placement.
